Lester was very vocal when  he caught a bird, he brought it in the kitchen. Boy, did he have a lot to say about that and at the top of his lung ( he was shouting).

Posted wrong video...instead of a talking kitten, you see a cat opening a freezer. The owners had to put on a special lock to keep the cat out!

It is Midnight who wants to talk to me and I tell that I am listening and to keep talking. My other cat, Sophie doesn't talk to me that much.

How well a cat communicates seems to hinge on how comfortable it is with it's environement asqellas it's demeanor. Princess is somewhat comfortable in my home but she rarely ever wants attention or contact. I'm not sure why. But as a result, she hardly ever talks. It's too bad,too. On the rare instance when she does speak, her voice is so soft, and feminine. It's such a beautiful sound and really makes me smile.

 Well, my Maine Coon was very quiet but my black cat, Tarzan wont shut up!!! Especially round dinner time lol

Our Slappy is our talker! He talks to us all of the time and sometimes, it's almost like we are having an actual conversation! LOL!!! He is a little lover too! He got his name because if he is sitting on the arm of the couch or chair, when I walk by, he actually slaps me! LOL!!! He is a Tonkinese -- he was a stray when we found him .. he was around 6 months old! He will be 8 yrs old in April .. below is his picture! Too cute!!!!

My cat, Midnight is a very vocal cat herself. She will talk to u like a person would. I tell her to keep talking and that I am listening to her.

I always heard Maine Coons were not very vocal, and mine was alot like that, but sometimes he would meow or talk a little. It just all depends on the cat I guess! I love to hear the cat's "cat chattering" that is soooo funny to watch! Anyways, our (all of us) felines are special and always show us their personalties with their actions, love and those looks they can give us! So loving and so full of concern. I love when I first wake up, that is when my cats are the most vocal... I guess they miss us and or are hungry for a treat...no matter, when I wake, I expect all cats to come running and crowd me and tell me about it!
