Her she is loving on a pipe waiting for food. I had to zoom in a lil to get the pic. She is coming around, I hope to catch her, and not catch a wild animal in a trap then get her to a vet soon! Money being tight, I still will do right by her as best I can. She will sometimes let you pet her while she is eating, all you feel is bones, but, she is starting to gain a lil weight! We have been working with her for two months now!

Comment by Catherine Harrell on July 11, 2011 at 9:20am: She does know about the back door, it is right around the corner, but we can only pet her when she is eating. My husband, son and I keep her plenty of fresh water and good cat-food, plus a lil treat here and there. She always runs away at first, but when she see's that we are at her level and are speaking softly, with food....lol...she will slowly come to us. Can you imagine her two months ago?...She was itty bitty! She has shown alot of progress and actually played with a long piece of grass with my son, but only for a moment. She still spooks easy, but there are times when she can be so cute and sweet! Plus, we ALWAYS wash up when we come back inside!

Comment by Sandra on July 10, 2011 at 6:45pm: She looks so young. I just hope she keeps eating and puts on some weight. Can she see your back door from where she eats? She might become curious if the door is open, don't know. But it's a good sign she lets you pet her at all.
