Cat Travel/Relocating

Posted on June 26, 2012 at 9:15am 0 Comments

Many Thanks to All who weighed in on my "cat moving" question.

After much thought, we decided to use a Pet Relocation Service that came highly recommended by a neighbor.

Moving day/week will take place in August, so I will share how it all works out later on!

Moving House Cats

Posted on April 9, 2012 at 8:37am 3 Comments

Would appreciate anyone's thoughts on moving two indoor cats from Colorado to Oregon later this year. We are considering using ground shippers as flying is not an option. Female cat is a good little travler as we brought her to Colorado from the Virgin Islands and she was a real trooper. However, our male cat is quite easily spooked and hates going into his carrier for Vet trips.
Thanks!

Barbara, I have notice that they can get a bit possessive when it come to their attention. My young one is not like that though, she loves to be with me and all the other cats, she don't care how as long as she's getting lovins...

Welcome to Cat-Share! You might want to start by checking out the Group page for more cat-related groups and topics you may be interested in. Joining a few groups is a great way to meet other cat lovers and to get started on Cat-Share - then participate! Ask questions and make comments in your groups as much as you'd like.

Also, there are Videos to watch (some are hilarious!), Blogs to read (informative, entertaining), Photos to look at (funny, cute), and new friends to meet. If you have photos (or videos) of cats, please share them with us - I'd love to see photos of your cats!

PS - If you have a photo of a cat or yourself that you could use as your profile photo, please upload that, too, so we can tell you from the rest of the clowder*!

Again, welcome! :)
