This is the newest member of our little family. Her name is Jada. She's very tiny and on a special diet plus she's in quarantine. Her energy level seems to be growing by leaps and bounds!

- How many cats do you own?
- We have 6 cats, Ollie is the oldest, then the two girls Cleo and Koda. Indie is the baby and the outside cat is Lilly. Plus now we also have Gypsy.
- What is your favorite cat breed and why?
- I do seem to gravitate towards the long hair breeds. But any breed is a candidate for being in our little family also Heinz 57 variety's too! love them all <3
- Tell us about the cats you love: names, ages, colors, etc.
- Ollie is a medium long hair that was left on a lady's doorstep.He will b 2 years old in July. He's white and striped in shades of silver and blue-ish grey.
Cleo is our little girl, she's a tortoise shell color Maine Coon.
and Koda is her sister. We just found out recently that Koda is a girl!!!! LOL !!! but we're still happy She's in our family.
Then we got Indie, he was left on the side of the road and this kind family took him in and then gave him to us, for they couldn't keep him. He was a beautiful kitten and now he's a beautiful cat.
We thought Indie would be our last cat, then our neighbor was going to take their outside cat to the pound. We took her also as our outside cat. Her name is Lily and she's a short-hair tabby.
But then again, God blessed us with another one, Gypsy. Sam, my daughter found her in a box sitting on the median in the Walmart parking lot. Her brothers had frozen to death but Gypsy was still alive. What a fierce and beautiful little girl she is!

Wednesday (3/6/13), Sam my daughter and her bestie Amanda decided to go to Walmart. It has been pretty chilly here for the last few days and windy on top of that. Sam noticed a cardboard box sitting on the median in the parking lot. Her curiosity got the best of her and she went to the box and looked inside. Inside there were 3 kittens. I don't understand all of the anger and hostility aimed at cats! It would seem that there is a huge amount of the population that deems it socially acceptable to hurt, torture, or kill cats. Evidently they have no concept whatsoever of love because you can't be in the presence of a cat for very long before you are thinking of getting one yourself.
