"Ceres does the same thing. She's only happy when she's sleeping in someone else's seat Poncho also went for the same chair. They must like it because the chair is near the window."

- What is your favorite cat breed and why?
- Black and white cats are my favourite. I'm not sure why. My last cat was black and white and he was a good friend. RIP Poncho. My new cat is black and white and she has become a good friend.
- Tell us about the cats you love: names, ages, colors, etc.
- Ceres. She is black and white. I'm not sure about her breed but she has some Siamese blood in her. Ceres is 6 months old.
Poncho was a big Persian X. He was a tuxedo cat. He was the smartest animal I have ever known. Poncho had heaps of scams to get exactly what he wanted.

I think you're right, Ceres looks like being part Siamese. She is so sleek and elegant, also very confident. Gets into trouble, too, just like my part-Siamese.

Wow, I love that photo of the tiny kitten! Cannot believe that Cathy was ever that small. She has the tiniest scruff of the neck I have ever seen on any cat, I have no idea how her mother ever carried her.
I absolutely love Tuxedo cats. I owned one, called Perseus. He was not as brave as the name would suggest. Love all the scrapes Ceres gets into, could not believe she has already climbed a tree. She is so clever ( probably takes after her human Mom).
