Sorry it took so long to reply, but I couldn't find the post here on the site, only in my email.  So tonight I come on and there it is.  Used to be a dog man, but my ex turned me into a cat lover.

Thanks Keith!  I will try to add more a little at a time, def. don't have a shortage!! - time is the bigger issue!  I was just looking at yours, looks like you have a great helper!

You are right, Keith!  Nikki and Mac look so much like my Nala and Captain Marvel (aka Marvie).  I think Mac looks most like Marvie.  Each time I've looked for a kitten or a cat to bring home, I always go looking for a grey tabby, which is what I had in childhood.  But each time I've come back with a black cat with a white spot under the chin.  It's odd, but they seem to be drawn to me and me to them.  I actually had one who looked just like Nala and Marvie many years ago named Pippin, but he passed away before I found Nala.

Marvie talks back to me all the time.  He's also very active and wants attention all the time.  I call him my buddy because he's always with me and we have conversations...neither of us know quite what the other is saying, but we enjoy it :)

Our cats really look like relatives :)
