- Spydr (pronounced : Spider) He is the guard of the house and he owns Shika, my Bengal. Will be six on June 30th, large muscular all sleek black male. Found in the Humane Society where I worked at the time,no card for him,he darted away from other workers. I caught him outside a few days later. Never told them I kept him.Yes,neutered.The next younger is mainly my younger brothers who I care for also. She is spayed female gray and white Manx.About 8, green eyes and for one person. She was taken indoors from a TNR community. We are against TNR.Shika is my Bengal female,age 4 this year, she loves to talk,play fetch and try to find plastic bread bags to sniff ! Shika's a good Mommy's girl ! Then we have Tonto,aka Hambone. He was a result of a female who was lost from a fire and the owners could not catch her. The longer she stayed outside,became feral. She mated with the block's tom, a silver male.Her name was Panner, I tried to help the owners.We called the tom Sebastian. She had the 5 babies under a shed in the yard behind mine. I caught him in a trap, his sisters and brothers were taken by the neighborhood hawk. Sebastian and Panner later that summer,her pregnant again were both hit by cars within three days of each other.Hammy loves to play catch. He is good at it. And gives wet kisses! Mustang. a kitten like no other. Almost a year about June 4 she has shown us cats do smile on command, throw a fit if she can't get her way, and cuddle so securely you forget she was bad ! All of them are indoor cats and we train to leash and walk them all.
