"I know your plight. I try to have really good lighting and I try to get as level with them as possible. I have had some success but I find I need to take many many pictures of my black cats to get 1 good one."

Playing Games

One of my new cats Chumlee (previously named at the spca/affectionately called Lil' princess by me), has learned how to play games. She loves to get petted, get picked up and hugged, and even likes to get some kitty kisses from me on her little head. How many cats do you own?: 1

What is your favorite cat breed and why?: Domestic Long Hair...I love any cat, but those with long thick coats capture my heart from first sight. As a kid we always had cats but very few were long hair. We had dogs that all had long hair like our collies and collie mixes. So like I said I love them all but the long hair ones just shine to me.

Tell us about the cats you love: names, ages, colors, etc.: When I first found this website I only had one furbaby "Nova". We have since adopted 2 beautiful cats from the SPCA "Chumlee" and "Cleo". They are all such an important part of our life. My son may not have a thing to say to me all day but he will manage to tell me if one of the cats slept with him or did something funny. Nova looks like a nebelung, but I am sure he is just a beautiful silver grey domestic long hair. Cleo and Chumlee are just as beautiful but are satiny black domestic long hairs. My husband works 2nd shift and my older boys are out of the house now. my 17 year old has a job and a girlfriend so it is usually just me and my tiny companions. I love them all and get such a warm fuzzy feeling from each of them.

I give them as much love as I can. Everyday when I get there they know I'm there and all meow for my attention. I can't think of anything better to be doing with my time.
