Miss Kitty does it again...

We had quite a surprise last Sat. morning when we looked out on the front porch to see what our cats were all looking at..there was the feral cat..Our Miss Kitty with three new kittens about six weeks old....we never even realized she was expecting again.....they are just beautiful but kinda skinny..( canned cat food twice a day should help that ) one is black with just a white fringe on its throat, a black tortieshell and a very sweet dark grey with striped legs with the sweetest face like…

My sweet Sapphire part 2

I was finally able to get her to a vet. The vet oppreated on her and removed some tumers out of her chest area.

She is pain from the staples, but othewise she is doing pretty good. I am so happy that she is doing much better.  Next week they remove the staples, I fill for her.  But her spirts seem to be high.  She was plauing with a toy like she is still a kitten.  It is so hard to watch her to make sure she does not rip them open.  Because she seems to be real hyper lately.  Watching…

Rain is an indoor only kitty. She was traumatized and beat up by other cats as a stray kitten, so she really doesn't like the outside. Through a screen is exactly how she wants to see the outside world.

How to Prevent Fleas on Your Cat

Okay, so Rain is probably the least flea prone cat ever.  In the five years we've had her, she has a total of about six fleas. Seriously, six.

I suppose some expert somewhere is saying that for every flea you see, there are some huge number more than you never see.  I'm not sure I buy it. Every time she had a flea, we broke out the Revolution and the flea comb and found one or maybe two of the little buggers.
