Hi new friend ! I just saw your request. I love "head bumps". When I first joined cat-share, I was frequenting quite a bit. But I had disc concens in my back. Happy to report, I surprised the neuro surgeon, ortho guys etc,etc....I am beating it and won't need surgery, for a long time. That's good, because my Feral cat work is in full swing. Look 4ward to sharing, and "bonking"...lol

I can't believe I've run into another Meerkat Manor fan! Everyone always asks me HOW I got those two names so then I must go into telling of this TV show and how Flower was killed by a poisonous snake protecting her pups. When I watched Flower the meerkat die I just knew I had to name my next cat after her but I was afraid the name wouldn't fit the cat. But it does. And my Flower knows her name. All my cats know their names and come when called. Anyway, must run feed the kitties their new food, Wysong. Have you heard of it? 60% protein. Should look into it. I order it direct from Wysong.com.

The 3 were, but with having 4 now they sleep wherever the want.  They sleep with us at night though.

Hi Kat!  Thanks so much for your kind friend invite!  Been so busy taking care of my three cats:  Bobby, Lite Brite & Sweetness that I haven't been on here too much this past week.  The beautiful orange kitty in my profile pic is my dear friend Slinky, who tragically passed on recently (about a month ago).  I knew him for a long time as a stray (he used to hang out with Bobby & Lite Brite (photos of them with Xmas gifts on my page)...I was finally able to take Slinky into my home in a sanctuary room, but he was just too ill to make it.  The vets and I tried everything.  It was and remains a real heartache for me & I know my three survivors feel the loss too.  ps:  I still need to post photos of Sweetness...she looks like cookies and cream ice cream.  Take care & best to you and your cat family!  Cheers, GTV  :)

Your "headbonks" comment reminded my of my buddy Haven. He passed away about 1 year 3 months ago. He would greet me everyday after work sitting on the kitchen counter and I would bend down and we would "headbonk" each other to say hello. He was 20 pounds of snow white love.

Hello, just thought to check the weather in your area, funny when the weather in Southern Mississippi is the same for Maryland. Gonna be cold this weekend; have to bring all my plants in and round up all the cats. Several can't stand being in side very long and I get to listen to them moan about it constantly.  :)

Hi Kat! Thanks for the friend request. Your orange tabbies a beautiful! 2 of my 8 cats look a lot like that. Spencer (showed up at my house so skinny & intact) & Zaphod (Flower's brother whom I fostered but fell in love with so I kept them both). My Flower (girl) is more ginger than orange (if there's a difference) and she is very solid ginger. No stripes. Never seen another like her. But in my mind's eye I've never seen a cat that wasn't just beautiful. Inside & out. Again, thanks!

Thank you.  They drive me crazy but I love them to death.  I love the picture of the grey cat, so elegant.  And the orange tabbies look like so much fun.  The pure orange tabby looks so much like my late Beau.
